AquaStar Pool Products "TRY-ME BOX" Promotion Terms & Conditions
Promotion Overview:
AquaStar Pool Products ("AquaStar") offers the "TRY-ME BOX" promotion, available exclusively from June 19, 2024, through August 31, 2024, or while supplies last. The TRYME BOX includes six (6) FlowStar® 3-Way Valves (Model: AV3W20C), four (4) FlowStar® Check Valves (Model: AVC20C), and two (2) FlowStar® Valve Actuators (Model: AVA24). The offered price is $545 per box, with an estimated retail value of $850. This offer is limited to one (1) box per customer or business.
Eligibility:
The promotion is open exclusively to pool industry professionals who are legal residents of the United States and at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of pool product manufacturers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and wholesale distributors are not eligible to participate. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Promotional Period:
The Promotion begins on June 19, 2024, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on August 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after this timeframe will not be eligible.
How to Participate:
Participants must submit their email address via the promotional entry form located on AquaStar’s website. Upon submission, participants will receive an email containing a fillable invoice which must be completed and submitted to finalize the entry. The TRY-ME BOX will be shipped to the provided address upon processing of the completed invoice.
Terms of Sale:
All sales are final. Products purchased through this promotion are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective or damaged upon delivery, in which case the defective goods may be returned for a replacement or refund.
Shipping:
For participants of the "TRY-ME BOX" promotion, AquaStar Pool Products will cover the cost of shipping. Each TRY-ME BOX will be shipped using UPS regular ground service at no additional charge to the participant. Please allow standard delivery times for shipping within the continental United States.
General Conditions:
AquaStar reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion or any part of it at any time and without notice, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond AquaStar’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by AquaStar in its sole discretion. AquaStar reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
